Description
Zain's arbitrary food guide of decisions. This doc is not a recipe book, but a collection of food decisions that i am making to improve my life. This will serve as a way to hold myself accountable of what I have said even during the more difficult times.
Drinks
Do nots
- No alcohol
- I don't even like it, whats the point
- it's expensive, why waste money on something I do not even like
- bad for liver
- no main drink sodas
- no Coke
- no Pepsi
- no main brand Sodas
- Artificial Sweeteners
- they make me feel like shit
- Takeout
- sometimes you may get delivery, following the rules of of the Food section also permitting, do not get absolutely anything. no drink needed, just have water in these meals, maybe a protein chocolate milk afterwards
Do's
- Water
- just have water
- nothing to lose drinking water
- got no calories that is cool
- Protein chocolate milk
- it's filling
- it has protein and other nutrients
- only one Cup/serving per day
- At Restaurants
- 1 unique-ish drink per outing
- apple juice is ok
- nothing you can just get in a can
- eg. italian soda at Eataly

idea: apple + banana + carrots with hummus + a pasta
